Crystal chakra balancing is a deeply relaxing therapy. Crystals are placed on all of your bodies energy points known as 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕜𝕣𝕒𝕤

The chakra system comes from ancient India, with its roots in early Ta***ic and Yogic traditions. The word chakra means “wheel” or “spinning disc,” and it was used to describe subtle energy centres within the body.

Each crystal holds its own energy and draws away stagnant energy from on and around the body. This practice is combined with the practitioners hands working along side the crystals to balance the energy back to where it should be.

The therapy includes the use of crystals, smokes and oils, calming music, energy ‘sweeping’ with large crystals over the body and around it. Sometimes ancient script is spoken and connection with other realms.

Each chakra point is checked before and after to decipher if one area needs more input than others.

The healing process involves deep intuition from the practitioner drawing upon many ancient skills learned.

The result speaks for itself. Clients sleep better, sleep through the night, pain improves, mental health improves and an overall feeling of calmness is the result.

Sessions are 50 mins or taster sessions of 30 minutes are available.

Even if you are not familiar with this kind of therapy i guarantee once you have had one session you will realise how grounded and peaceful you feel.
