6.30pm Powerhoop, Riverside Church, Powerhoop with Dianne Taunton
Tuesday 9.15am Pilates (suitable for mixed abilities, beginners welcome) West Monkton Village Hall, West Monkton Heathfield
Wednesday 9.15am Pilates - Brittons Ash Community Hall, Bathpool, Monkton Heathfield
10.35am Chair Pilates - also at Brittons Ash Community Hall, this class is suitable for building strength, improve balance & mobility, without getting down on the floor. Helping prevent falls, increase confidence & is suitable for both men & women.
