✨ Movement truly is powerful medicine ✨
As women move through midlife and menopause, our bodies naturally begin to change. Some symptoms may be obvious — like disrupted sleep, hot flushes, anxiety or low mood — while other changes happen more quietly in the background.
Things like reduced muscle mass, decreasing bone density, changes in pelvic health and shifts in strength and energy are all part of this stage of life. Over time, these changes can also influence our long-term health.
But the good news is that the right kind of movement can support our bodies through all of it. 💜
Regular exercise can help to:

At **FunFit Health & Happiness Boutique**, we believe movement should feel positive, supportive and empowering — never intimidating.
My classes are designed to help women build strength, improve mobility and feel more connected to their bodies in a safe and welcoming environment. We combine strength work, gentle mobility, balance, stretching and relaxation so you will feel stronger, calmer and more energised.
More importantly, my FFH&HB is about community. It’s a space where women can move, laugh, support one another and realise they’re not navigating this stage of life alone.
Our aim is to help women:

✨ Build confidence in movement
✨ Take time for themselves without guilt
✨ Connect with other women on a similar journey
You don’t need to be super fit or experienced to join us. Whether you’re just starting out or returning to exercise, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
