Yesterday I felt a deep sense of relief.
Two gentle Yin yoga practices at 32°C brought such softness and release.

It’s such a special feeling — that mix of long-awaited freedom, overcoming, moving through stiffness and tension, meeting your inner blocks, letting go… and finally melting into deep relaxation. It’s always about some kind of victory — big or small — and that quiet sense of new space opening inside and around you.

You can experience all of that in a Hot Yin Yoga class. If you haven’t tried it yet — I truly recommend it.

But my little victory yesterday was something else — finding the courage to speak.
To speak in public, in a foreign language, overcoming self-doubt and old insecurities.
It may sound small, but after teaching two Yin yoga classes in English yesterday, I felt such joy and relief — that I did it, that it worked, that I didn’t forget my words or stop mid-sentence… that it all flowed softly and naturally (well, as much as possible 😄)

Both groups were wonderful — and one of them was even a private session for friends, which I find such a beautiful trend these days.
It’s a lovely way to share a new kind of experience together.

So if you’ve been looking for a way to surprise and delight your friends — this might be it.

I did my best to sabotage my 41st birthday—looks like I wasn’t too eager to step into my fifth decade! But life moves on, and it doesn’t care about my little fears 👻

So, with gratitude, I welcome my 🎈41st year 🥳🎂 and this birthday that’s unfolding in its own way 🙌🏻

I’m thankful for the past year—it was so generous with its gifts. So many sudden changes, leaps of faith, and successful choices. It was a year of choosing myself and my truth. I’m grateful for the incredible people around me, for all the meetings and travels, for the chance to do what I love, to love and be loved. Thank you, life—I cherish every single day 🙏🏻🤍

Experiences stay with you longer than things, and moments of joy and adventure are the best gifts. So here’s my most exciting birthday present—a flight as a co-pilot 👩🏻‍✈️ It was absolutely unforgettable! 🤍✈️
