Throwback to last , where we were thrilled to kick off our partnership with Plymtree Country Fayre & Horse Show, providing comprehensive onsite medical cover for this fantastic event. Our team, which included a First Responder, Emergency Care Assistant, Event Medical Manager, and a Rapid Response Vehicle (RRV), was on hand to ensure everyone’s safety.

Medsafe EMS Limited will be out today in supporting our new client Wild Running with their Something Wild Festival 2024 event.

Our medical team will be on hand during the event for any medical emergencies. If you become unwell during the event, please ask event marshals to radio for Medsafe EMS Limited. Our medical team will be located at the start and finish line, throughout the event.

We are thrilled to announce that Medsafe EMS is offering the **First Response Emergency Care (FREC) Level 3 Qualification** this **November 2024**! 🏥🎓

This comprehensive course is perfect for anyone looking to take their first step into the world of emergency medical services. Whether you're aiming to become a first responder, enhance your current skills, or pursue a career in healthcare, this qualification is your gateway to making a real difference in people's lives. 🌍❤️

Course Details:

📅 Dates: 9th-10th November - Weekend 1, 16th-17th November - Weekend 2 and 23rd November - Weekend 3

🏢 Location: Medsafe EMS Training Centre in Taunton

✅ Duration: 5 days of intensive training and must attend all 5 days to achieve the qualification

✅ Cost: £450.00

📝 Curriculum: roles and responsibilities of a first responder, Medical Emergencies, Patient Assessment, Airway Management, Adult & Child and infant CPR and AED use, ROSC, Emergency Oxygen, Traumatic and minor injuries, External and internal catastrophic bleeding, shock, Poisoning and intoxicating substance, helmet removal, Neck immobilisation, Spine immobilisation, Pelvic immobilisation, Environmental exposure, burns and scalds and incident reporting.
