Celebrating this incredible woman today ✨

Progress isn’t always about extremes — sometimes it’s about choosing the sustainable path and showing up consistently, even when life is busy, messy, and unpredictable.

As one of my OG clients, Tracy has been working with me over the past couple few years. In that time, she’s made thoughtful changes to her diet, focused on consistent movement, and trusted the process. No crash approaches, no unsustainable routines — just steady commitment to her health.

On Saturday morning, the studio was filled with women (and of course some wonderful men) from all walks of life — different ages, different stories, different reasons for being here — all moving, breathing, strengthening and showing up for themselves.

Some came for energy.
Some came for strength.
Some came for a little time that was just theirs.

From reformer and barre to fitness, yoga and everything in between, what matters most isn’t the class, it’s women supporting women, encouraging each other, and celebrating what our bodies can do.

On International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible women who walk through the Nourish doors every week and make this space what it is. Strong, inspiring, determined.

Celebrating one amazing CLIENT TRANSFORMATION💪🔥with

Ivy’s transformation isn’t just about a ‘before & after’ (but the pics speak for themselves 😍!). It’s about seeing the results that CONSISTENCY and DISCIPLINE bring. It’s about showing up — week after week — even when motivation isn’t high.

Ivy has earned this.

Outside of the sessions we do together, Ivy has worked silently but tirelessly to transform her diet and put in extra sessions at the gym - even when that felt tough. After a long day at work or after caring for 2 young boys - there were no excuses.

When Ivy started her sessions with me, she could barely lunge her own body weight. Yesterday, she was throwing 30kg over her shoulder and pushing herself to intensity with metabolic conditioning and challenging her limits in strength training.

Ivy has improved her fitness, strength and endurance by choosing the long-term goal over short-term comfort. Staying consistent when results may not be instant.

Over the past year, Ivy has undergone a truly impressive body transformation. She’s physically and mentally stronger than ever and she’s built habits that support optimal health for years to come.

Her ‘new body’ isn’t just leaner and stronger, it’s a body that performs, feels good and looks good day-to-day.

This is what enduring change looks like. Not 6 weeks. Not a quick fix. A lifestyle shift built on discipline and commitment.

I’m proud of Ivy — not just of the physical change, but of the work ethic behind it 👏
