Looking to relax, de-stress and find inner peace? Due to popularity of existing group, we are pleased to be adding a new Meditation Group to Tuesday evenings. Held twice a month, these groups help you relax and destress. Improve self awareness, spiritual growth, with a high connection and guidance.
