I’m so excited to share that I am starting a new Mum and Baby Yoga class in Taunton 🥳!
I absolutely love teaching these classes - they are fun and adorable but also give new mummas a bit of time to focus on themselves and their postnatal recovery!
We do activities which help to strengthen the core (particularly the pelvic floor), improve abdominal separation, as well as lovely stretches to soothe painful aches. New mumma self-care is something that is sadly too often forgotten about for months, if not years, after baby is born... but it shouldn't be this way!!
We also do some baby yoga while singing songs, and end it all with a coffee and chat for those that wish to stay!
