A bright day at Duddlestone Farm Sauna.

Wood-fired heat, cold plunges in the barrels, fresh air and big Somerset skies.

A simple outdoor sauna where people come to warm up, cool down and spend a bit of time outside.

Come on your own, meet a friend here, or bring a small group for a catch-up between sauna rounds.

Some people chat, some people just enjoy the quiet — both are always welcome.

Creating a safe space, somewhere you can relax and reset your nervous system,here in the sauna, every breath you take, the rest in between hot and cold, the sense of calm. These are all part of the process, even when you leave the body is still gaining the benefits ..

Consistency is key and that’s why we offer lower rates than other saunas to help you help yourself. ( it also allows people to come who wouldn’t normally be able to afford it or try it as a off) .

I encourage you to visit them all as all outdoor wood-fired Saunas are great.. plus you can come back and tell me all about them ..

Wednesday = drain down & scrub up day 💪🏼

If you can spot the blue pipe in the plunge… that’s me emptying it, cleaning it, and getting everything fresh again.

Cold water only hits right when it’s clean and crisp — and I don’t mess about with that.

Bit of sunshine over the hills today, sauna ticking away, fresh water going back in… ready for the brave ones later this week 👊🏼
