With the sunshine returning Saturday make the most of your weekend .
If you’ve the weekend off, fill it with fun and relaxing things, energise after half term or a busy week, go for a run or join the local parkrun, our local one is the longrun meadow next to French weir park and Tesco. ( we will be doing the pop up sauna there next week )

Just live in the moment and let the past stay in the past …

All welcome at the sauna and cold dip too of course.

We’re bringing the wood-fired sauna + cold plunge down to the river for a trial run 🌿

Perfect post-parkrun or just a proper weekend reset.

• 55-minute sessions
• £15 per person
• Cold plunge + possible river dip ( at your own risk)
• Small groups (max 😎
• From 8:30am (last session midday)

This is a one-off pop-up to start with — if it goes well, we’ll bring it back regularly 👀

Warm summer days, the warmth feels surprisingly refreshing g and finish with the optional cold water immersion which you’ll feel amazing afterwards .

Going to Local sites, jogs, hikes and catching up with friends and family for the Easter break? .. this bank holiday, whatever you’ve been up to i hope you’ve had a great time .

Stoked to be at the spartan gym on Saturday supporting their hyrox event , well done to anyone who was there, you’re all winners! ( tag us in a photo to enter a competition for a free sauna session )

Well maybe some of you need to grab a towel, a water bottle and head over to join one of today’s sessions.

With a busy weekend for many, some of you may need that all important time out. We are open all through the long weekend including Monday, so take a look and message me if needed. Check the communal and the group sessions.

We’re probably closer than you think, you could walk, run, cycle, drive or get a lift. Close to the cycle path.
