Healing and relaxation events in Taunton Welcome to my Yoga classes in Taunton page. Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind , body and spirit. Yoga incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress. Practicing yoga has many benefits for both mental and physical health. Yoga boosts your immune system, increases vitality, brings peace and serenity while improving the quality of your sleep. Yoga also improves your fitness , increasing muscular strength and endurance , flexibility and mobility. There is a growing body of research demonstrating that practicing yoga could help reduce many types of chronic pain. I use beautiful enchanting music to create a calming and uplifting atmosphere. All levels and experience welcome

Yoga will help to make your feel more mobile, strong and supple, it is good for your mental health as you will release endorphins which are feel good hormones. Being together physically is very therapeutic, we have a sense of connection and community.

Yoga Classes Taunton and Wellington

The health benefits of mindfulness yoga are undeniable. Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years and now are becoming increasingly popular because of the stressful lives we lead.

So if you are craving some 'me time' or suffering from depression, stress, insomnia, anxiety, anger or a scattered mind then yoga and meditation are the perfect antidotes. There are now many scientific studies to prove that these practices can improve your health, sleep, mood, concentration and focus. All the ingredients for a happier more fulfilling life.

Yoga also has many physical benefits and is great for protecting your spine by keeping the discs supple. Yoga also improves balance, flexibility and strength, can help with weight loss and perfects your posture. It’s also wonderful for increasing the blood flow around your body and helps with stiff joints.

I like to teach my yoga classes in an authentic, non-judgmental way. I love getting to know all of my students and helping them to become the best versions of themselves. There is no competition in my classes.
