Two days after I originally posted this video, Morocco went into quarantine. I am alone here. I speak no Arabic and basic French. This added to what was already a stressful situation.

Life seems to be settling into a rhythm now but challenges arise from time to time because of the isolation. Thankfully we are all healthy in Dakhla and I am blessed to be just 2 minutes walk from the most beautiful lagoon!

So now that I am feeling balanced and human again, I have decided to post actual videos rather than Facebook Lives so I can share them in more places. And I will begin to offer zoom meetings for those of you who would love to sing with me - in a group or one-on-one. Of course you can always sing along with a video at any time!

Truth.

Although there is great suffering and a humongous amount of fear in the world at this time... there is a deeper meaning that may bring comfort to everyone. Those who are healers or on a spiritual path will feel the resonance of Truth.

May we regain our strength and share the things that build up our inner strength again..

Namaste my friends

I am taking a little time out to feel inside for how I wish to proceed with my work this year.

I am wanting to offer group singing such as The Divine Dawn Chorus, yet we are all on different time zones so I have some details to work out.

I also have My Angel Cafe which was originally going to be an actual cafe rather than a virtual website.

So I'm feeling my way forward - how to synthesise the two aspects of my work and consider my next move in this game of life.

Have you heard the birds in the morning?

Even before the sun lights up the new day they can feel it coming and they sing the joy of life. They celebrate the day, you might even say they herald the sun as it makes its daily debut.

But this is what birds do not do:

They do not sit in the tree or on the roof and say to themselves, "I hope my voice is OK..." or "He sings better than me so I won't bother!" They don't sit there moaning and complaining. They don't hold themselves in. They don't play small.

Have you watched a bird sing? The volume coming from a small bundle of feathers is incredible, as if they swallowed a microphone!

But the secret is that they are allowing all of life to flow through them and are naturally being themselves! They allow that life to express as a song and they hold nothing back.

If you could live your life like that, how different would it be?
