I had the pleasure of taking one of my lovely clients out for a food shop, followed by a well-earned tea break ☕️🛒 This is something we do weekly, and it’s always such a special part of our routine.

These outings might seem simple, but they’re so important. Companionship plays a huge role in wellbeing — it’s not just about getting tasks done, it’s about connection, conversation, and feeling valued.

A regular trip out can lift mood, reduce feelings of loneliness, and bring a sense of normality and independence. Sometimes, it’s just a cup of tea and a chat… but it can make all the difference.

📅 Mondays – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
📅 Wednesdays – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

My current clients will always be prioritised, but I’m now able to welcome a small number of new individuals who may need friendly, professional support.

Yesterday we had a wonderful day out exploring Barrington Court NT followed by some fun at the park!

We enjoyed the beautiful gardens, wandered around the historic house, and even spotted plenty of fish in the ponds 🐟🌸. It was lovely to make the most of the sunshine, get some fresh air, and enjoy new surroundings together.

Days like these are such a great reminder of how important it is to mix adventure, learning, and play 💛

We’ve had a fantastic time out and about this weekend! From exploring the beautiful grounds at Ferne Animal Sanctuary🐐🦆 to getting creative indoors with some rock painting and crafts 🎨, and finishing up with a fun trip to the park 🌳—it’s been a weekend full of smiles, fresh air, and hands-on learning.

What a morning!
Today, my client and I had the absolute pleasure of spending time with some incredible therapy horses — and what a beautiful experience it was! From gentle grooming to quiet moments of connection, the horses worked their magic, bringing calm, confidence, and so many smiles.

Animals have a way of reaching people in a way nothing else can, and it was amazing to see the positive impact they had. Grateful for mornings like this, where progress doesn’t feel like work — just pure joy🐴

Had such a lovely day yesterday with my client at Weston-super-Mare! The sun was shining, the sea breeze was perfect, and we made some really special memories. From strolling along the pier to enjoying some good old-fashioned seaside chips and watching the waves, it was one of those feel-good days that reminds me exactly why I love what I do. So grateful for days like this – a little bit of fresh air, laughter, and connection goes such a long way!🌊☀️
