👋 Team Introduction

We’d like to introduce James, who has recently joined the Taunton Homecare team and has been out working alongside our supervisor Georgie.

James has nearly 7 years’ experience in the care sector and is passionate about supporting people and making a positive difference in their lives. He enjoys helping others overcome challenges and embracing new opportunities.

Outside of work, James enjoys keeping fit and going to the gym, cooking home comfort meals, playing the drums, and spending time with his 5-month-old long-haired mini dachshund puppy, Zero 🐶

Our team have been fully engaged in training sessions — making sure we continue to provide the highest standard of care and support.

Staff training is so important. It keeps our knowledge fresh, builds confidence, strengthens teamwork, and ensures we’re always learning and improving for the people we support. There’s been plenty of laughter along the way, lots of shared experiences, and great knowledge exchanged between colleagues.

I just wanted to introduce myself — I’m Lacey and I’m a care worker at Taunton Homecare 💙

I’m super passionate about helping people and making a real difference, no matter how big or small. I’m a very empathetic person and always try to put myself in others’ shoes so I can give the best care and support possible. Kindness costs nothing, and that’s something I really believe in!
