What a flippin’ fantastic afternoon we had at our yearly Pancake Flip-Off competition! Staff and residents went head-to-head to see who could rack up the most flips in just 30 seconds, talk about raising the stakes (and the pancakes!). 🏆🥞

A huge congratulations to our champion, Deputy Sophie, who absolutely stacked up an incredible 39 flips! And a big round of applause to our amazing client who smashed out a brilliant 25 flips, what an egg-cellent effort! 👏

There were cheers, a few wobbly landings, and plenty of laughter along the way. Well done everyone, you really flipped the competition on its head! 😄

💕 Love was in the air at Halcon this Valentine's Day! We celebrated with heartfelt cards, beautiful roses, and strawberries dipped in a delicious chocolate fountain. Guests sipped on refreshing bucks fizz drinks while testing their knowledge in our fun Valentine's quiz! 🥂

Some of our residents have kicked off the new year by getting fit at the Active Wellbeing Suite, making great use of the power-assisted exercise and toning equipment. It’s wonderful to see everyone staying motivated, active, and focused on their wellbeing. 💪

💙 Celebrating Jack’s Retirement 💙

Our residents came together to celebrate the retirement of Jack, who has dedicated over 16 years of service to us at Halcon, working closely alongside our wonderful domestic team. Jack has been a much loved member of the Halcon family, always getting fully involved in events and bringing warmth, kindness, and laughter to both residents and staff. 👏

Residents enjoyed making a special banner and celebrating Jack’s incredible contribution with a lovely buffet lunch shared together. It was a truly heartfelt celebration for someone who will be greatly missed. 🥰

We would like to thank Jack for his many years of hard work and dedication, and we all wish him every happiness and success in the future. 🌟
