As a registered Nurse I truly believe that the fundamentals of amazing care are:

~ To do no harm. My work that I carry out on you is treatment. It isn't money grabbing and cold shouldering, if you need me, i'm there for you never mind the time of night. You are my patient and i will ensure your health and well-being are at the top of my priorities.

~ To treat you as an individual and uphold your dignity. Not all treatments are right for everyone. A full and thorough consultation is essential to help me, help you. Not one size fits all in aesthetics. Treatment is individual to you, everything you tell me kept confidential, and nothing will be posted without your full written consent.

~I listen to you to make sure your physical, and psychological needs are met. To get to a root of the problem, we have to go on a journey, really dig deep. You may cry, and you ask this... is this really necessary? But why? You tell me. It's fine to want what's fashionable but I won't let you leave looking odd or inject you with something that will be no benefit to you physically or if it will affect your mental well-being.

~Acting in your best interest - sometimes this means saying no, I may not be the right practitioner for you, but when i turn you away I will truly feel its because what you are after may not be the right thing for you psychologically or pushes the bounds of beauty too far out of the normal range. Communication is key, that's why we get together over a cuppa tea and get to know each other at our one hour long consultation. Totally free with no strings attached.
