Rivers Rivers is located in Taunton and part of Cream care and offers residential care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Rivers provides person-centred care, where residents benefit from sensitive and responsible support. The home employs a physiotherapist, a speech and language therapist and a training manager to support, guide and train the team. The Rivers' insist on best practice in all areas including: health and well-being, resident's social and communication needs and having the opportunity to help each resid
