Letting go of what no longer serves you

We're spiritual beings, in a physical body, and have come to the earth plane to experience, learn and grow. Within all the different lives the soul has encountered, there may be blocks or programmes, energies that are still resonating. We know from this life that trauma or hurt can harbour strong emotional feelings that hamper us moving forward. Situations trigger feelings of old trauma, so even though the experience is behind us, the emotional stress hangs on. Past lives can carry discordant energies from experiences endured, so we may be feeling emotional but not know why.

Negative beings and interference create problems for us, either on the earth plane or interfering at the many spiritual layers we have come through into this incarnation.

I work spiritually, connecting your Higher Self and my Higher Self. They guide by indicating what to clear on behalf of your soul. The energies or blocks will then be cleared when asked. So it doesn’t matter if you don’t understand why you feel the way you do, because on another level everything is known. Once cleared, you are no longer shackled by the negative energies.

I can work on a one to one basis from Ilminster, Somerset, or by proxy on your behalf, so distance needn't be a problem.
