There’s so much nutritional advice out there (you must have this daily, don’t ever touch that etc), often conflicting and sometimes despite our best efforts to implement all this advice, we still aren’t feeling great...
Remember you are you and no bio hacker or famous nutritionist knows you and your body… Observe how your body reacts to healthy not just ‘unhealthy’ foods and remember variation is key, even the healthiest food that is consumed daily, the body could at some point say ‘no thanks’ too! So here’s an invitation to listen to your body.
Ive recently seen an increasing number of clients who have developed a temporary sensitivity to a seemingly healthy food like oats, avocado or eggs for example.
