We’re close to starting our Winter Therapy Group and have just a few places left.

It runs on Tuesday evenings or Friday mornings in Bishops Lydeard and is facilitated by two therapists. Donation-based, no waiting list, and designed for people finding winter heavy or isolating. 12 weeks of support, no set fee.

Winter can be a hard time for many of us, especially as the year turns.

We’re running two small Winter Therapy Groups just outside Taunton for adults who want a place to talk, listen, and not feel so alone through the winter months.

It’s run on a donation basis (no set fee) and meets on Tuesday evenings or Friday mornings. No pressure to speak. Just space, held with care.

Today we spent the day in Crowcombe, talking with people about our Therapy Groups starting this Winter. It reminded us why we do this work. In a world that feels colder and more disconnected, nothing beats real human contact. A conversation. A face. A moment of being human together.

We’ll be out again soon. Maybe our paths will cross!
