This is a post I never thought I’d find so difficult to write… 💙
After a lot of thought, reflection and emotion, I’ve made the decision to leave the NHS.
Working within the NHS has been such a huge part of my life. It’s where I’ve grown, where I’ve learned so much, and where I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some truly incredible people.
The experiences, lessons and friendships I’ve gained will stay with me forever, and I will always feel so proud to have been part of something so special.
But sometimes life gently pushes you towards a new chapter — and this feels like the right time for me to take that step.
With that being said, I’m so excited (and honestly a little emotional) to share that I will now be going full time with Rejuvenate South West.
This means I’ll have more time, more flexibility, and the opportunity to truly grow what I’ve been building — and most importantly, to continue this journey with all of you who have supported me along the way.
To every single person who has trusted me, supported me, recommended me, or simply followed my journey — thank you. Your support has meant more to me than you’ll ever know, and it’s a huge part of what has given me the confidence to take this leap.
Leaving the NHS will always be bittersweet, but I’m incredibly excited for what the future holds and everything that’s still to come.
