Every PB our members hit during test week is the result of weeks and months of structured training, combining strength, conditioning, progressive overload, and a science-backed approach that allows people to improve safely and consistently each block💪🏽

Thank you to all the incredible ladies who joined us yesterday for our Ladies Day event.

We’re always so in awe of the strong, powerful, determined powerhouses we have within our community, with a likeminded connection of wanting more for themselves, for knowing the importance of self-care and prioritising their health & wellbeing 🙌🏽

They say you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with, which certainly explains the absolute team of people we have amongst us.

No judgement. Just a welcoming, encouraging and inclusive environment, instilling the confidence within each other that you CAN 🙌🏽

With our dedicated training program, that actually works on improving run performance, endurance and speed 🔥

Tuesday nights @ 6:30pm - our Hyrox Run session that focuses on interval style training to target your running and focus on increasing our speed

Sunday mornings @ 8:15am - our Community Run Club, free for all to attend, with varying distances, but always an inclusive and welcoming speed so your run can be just that, yours!

Our specialised Hyrox programme is built by experts to target every movement, pace, and skill you need to dominate on race day. While other facilities stop at cardio, we train the full spectrum of performance, strength, endurance, mobility, and station mastery, so you’re ready to smash your Hyrox goals!!

With multiple focused sessions every week, our programme goes far beyond fitness, it’s Hyrox-specific performance training designed to level you up.

🚀 Here’s how we build Hyrox champions:
Sunday – 10:30am | Peak Day (Hyrox Sim Style)
Half & full race simulations to sharpen your endurance and dial in your pacing.

Tuesday – 4:30pm & 6:30pm | Strength &/or Run Option
4:30pm: Hyrox Strength & Stations – perfect your form, build power.
6:30pm: Hyrox Run Intervals – nail those 1km splits with structured progressions.

Wednesday – 6:30pm | Team Hyrox
High-energy, team-based conditioning to push you harder (and keep it fun).

Thursday – 6:30pm | Strength & Station Prep

Because it's easy to 'fall off track', to feel bad because you didn't achieve a new PB or feel like someone is progressing more than you.

But actually when we look back, we see that progress is still being made, no matter how big or small that may look to each individual person.

Proving that health & fitness is not linear, it's a process, that requires you to follow the small steps, which compound over time, to achieve the bigger goals 🎯
