Taking some time for me

Spending time doing gentle things at the moment, time with my son, close friends, myself! All very needed and necessary. This was at the beautiful 13th century chapel on the hill at Brentor with my new Mother Mary chime pipe channeled by my Suara Sound teacher. She has a beautiful resonance and sounded exquisite in and around the chapel. Grounding myself here before attending the funeral of a dear friends sister, so much intense loss going on at this time.

It’s been a while since I was able to feel ok enough to do sound work on other people, I’ve been feeling utterly heartbroken about the sudden loss of my new love but last week I had my first session with a lady with complex needs at her care home, having been found by the homes manager as her reiki and art therapist is now moving on.

Of course I cannot share any details but the effect of the sound work was profound and immediately brought relief from intense distress. I played my handpan for them and the effect was incredible. We even played it together and she enjoyed my singing bowls immensely. The combination of the sounds and the sacred oils I carry, made locally at Cornish Essential Oils had such an amazing effect I was able to leave her feeling very calm and relaxed.

It will be interesting to see how we can weave more of these healing tools into the home on a daily basis for my client but also the other people living and working there.

A return to working with some very special people felt like I had found my path again after being lost for a while.

I have begun offering home visits to allow my clients to be in their own spaces and give myself more flexibility. So far so good!

Visits will be within the West Devon, Dartmoor and Tamar Valley, Cornwall areas.

I am also looking to provide emmersive nature sessions where we will work out in nature, lying on the land, gazing up into the sky. You will be held by the energy of the sounds and the earth, a powerful combination as we recieve all that is meant for you in that moment.

Clearing your energetic pathways to connect with your guides and yourself.

Today’s guide came in the form of a black crow / Raven across my clients face, which was incredibly apt for my client. The spirit animal guide book that kept jumping out at me confirmed everything we had been tapping into and that was unfolding for them.

I love and am blessed to weave this sacred work.

Awaken into Spring!

It is time to unfurl my loves and welcome in this first day of Spring bringing in all that lovely energy rising from the earth. It is ours to claim also!

It’s not always easy to get ourselves going at this time of year though and there has been so much to process and take stock of. So much has happened. It’s the end of a year and the beginning of a new.

Performing my own ritual of deep connection to someone I was falling in love with who suddenly died. It’s taken me a couple of weeks to be able to do this but I felt truly guided to opening a portal of connection with him. Using the purple candles I bought for us lighting off the fire, fuelled with intensions and love. Burning Isis incense with salt and my Mary Magdalene tuning fork and singing bowls from .

I felt his energy present with a quick burst of warm sunlight into the ritual and again when I was closing.

Guided rowards each other, I did not know that the reality was I was to be his Soul Midwife and together we weaved a beautiful end for him. Making plans of buying bow top gypsy wagons, holidays and of course more of our love growing and binding together.

It is incredibly heartbreaking to be going through this but I am leaning into my role of Soul Midwife and also the pathway of Mary Magdalene and the Alber soul.
It is my dharma.

His spirit will forever guide me in the work that I am called to do, thank you beautiful man for the gifts you’ve given me and all who knew you.

I am honoured that I got to walk you home.

Those who came to our Calstock Therapy Hub Therapy wellness day will have probably spoken to me about these gorgeous oils… it truly made me happy to speak about them and their story of creation. It’s been a fair few years in the making so finally glad to be able to speak about them.

They have been crafted with love and made just outside of Callington, Cornwall.

I will reveal more about them soon as I work with their maker to bring Cornish Essential Oils into the market and they will be available to buy and be used in treatments at the Hub.

They are so hush hush the website isn’t even live yet, but ITS COMING

Fun little photoshoot today for retreat days. It’s been a little while since I got my set up out it being hibernation time! But felt really good to dip my toes back into this work.

We began with some reki energy over the eyes and heart and then into a mini tour of the sound baths as we had limited time. It was quiet fun to speed things up, even so we still did 1/2hr! Time really flies.

Beginning with a swing chime journey into a woods, settling down by a stream in soft moss as people drifted off to sounds of koshi chimes, singing bowls, my gong storm and finishing with a drum journey.

I will be starting my full immersive sound baths again just have to decided when you want me!
