Hey everyone, just to let you know that I will be resuming from next week (Week beginning 8th January)

Hope you have all had a lovely Christmas and New Year and I look forward to speaking to you all very soon.

Let's Fly High 😇

With guidance from higher beings, whether our higher self, spirit, spirit guides or angelic beings. ✨ I have been nudged! I am taking the hint.

I have a few plans going forward, gorgeous products to help you all on your spiritual or simply life journeys.

The Tree of Life 🌳

A beautiful central life force that appears in a number of old religions.

Depicted strongly in Celtic religion but also in Nordic religion too, known as Yggdrasil.

The tree is a visual depiction of the connection between past, present and future. The connection between the higher being, earth and the afterlife. The strength of that which bursts forth from the earth. When nurtured it can grow big and strong.

There has been a lot of development over the last few months, growth spiritually and personally and the puppy dog in the house is also older now so less chaotic haha 🤣 and now I am ready once more to take on clients for 1-2-1 sessions.

Please note that I only do sessions of an evening from 6pm onwards.

🙏 Guided meditation - Using my knowledge and guided by spirit I will guide you through meditation. 😌

🔮 Crystal Healing - Carrying out 1-2-1 crystal healing sessions, this covers adults and pets. 💫

🔮 Pendulum making and scrying - come and pick out your crystals that you would like in your pendulum and I will make your pendulum and provide a reading with it.

Did you know that each of our chakra have a relevant sound to them and hand posture 😊

A lot of people when they think of meditation imagine sitting on a small mat or something and saying 'Ommmmm'. The thing is 'Om' is actually related to our Crown Chakra...there is a little nugget there for you.

Dont worry, anyone coming for meditation with me doesnt have to be making sounds, I work differently with the chakra showing you how to feel and speak with each one 🤩

When I have blasted this cold 🥶 away, finally, I will be back doing my 1-2-1 sessions 😊 x

Hey everyone 🙏

I have been quiet of late due to many reasons and my attention being drawn elsewhere. At the moment I appear to have caught whatever this cold is that is going around, right now it's giving me that thumping head experience...eugh...😓

But, I will be back soon, I'll be posting regularly and back in full swing doing my 1-2-1 meditation sessions including the face to face ones! Yay 😄

Just please bear with me I need to recover and meditate :)

*** SUPERMOON ***

Yes it is a supermoon which is at its peak at 2.35am Thursday 31st August, this can affect the tides by as much as a whole foot! (making them deeper!)

This is a fantastic time for moon rituals, cleansing ones self AND also setting your intentions for the month ahead. Don't worry the moon magic is still there on the night of the 31st August :)

A great one to try is the following:
To help release your troubles, write them down on paper...
- Who do I need to forgive?’
- What do I need to forgive myself for?
- What am I letting go of?
- What am I releasing?
Safely burn the paper as you set the intention to release.

👋 Hey everyone 👋

So I dropped off the earth 🌎 there a bit the last month as I had to...
- Tend to myself (how can you help others if you cant help yourself). 🫂
- Decide on a course of action 💪
- Fulfil some personal journeys and cleansing 💫

I am now back fulfiling my role of healing and spiritual growth and guidance.

For those of you who have messaged I will be responding to those today 😊 apologies you may have had to wait a while.

I will be doing my sessions again whether face to face or via zoom.

*** Archangel Michael ***

Archangel Michael is a divine warrior of the spiritual realm.

He is considered an angel of justice, a healer and guardian.

He sometimes visits us in our meditation sessions and is there for us to call upon for guidance and security.

It is classic for Michael to wield a sword when protecting us and others, keeping the darkness at bay.

The colour blue is often associated with Michael and therefore wearing or associating a blue crystal with him can help to connect with him easier in meditation.
