Introducing: 1:1 Pilates x Strength Sessions

There’s a pattern I can’t ignore.
Clients coming in after picking up injuries in circuits or strength and conditioning classes — not because strength training is unsafe, but because there wasn’t the time, attention, or expertise to correct their form when it mattered.
At the same time, I’m hearing more and more:
“I want to start weight training, but I don’t know where to begin.”
“I’ve got weights at home… but I’m not confident using them properly."
This is exactly where these sessions come in.
Before founding CORE by Laura, I worked as a Personal Trainer with global organisations including Coca-Cola and Exxon Mobil. Strength training has always been a key part of my background — alongside my work in Pilates.
Now, I’m bringing the two together in a fully personalised 1:1 setting.
From May, I’ll be offering 1:1 Hybrid Pilates x Strength Training sessions — designed to help you build strength with clarity, confidence, and precision.
Each session combines:
• Pilates (mixed apparatus) to develop control, alignment, mobility, and deep core strength
• Weight training to teach safe, effective, and confident lifting with progressive overload
Because strength isn’t about rushing or lifting heavier for the sake of it — it’s built through quality movement and understanding your body well.
Pilates remains the foundation of everything I teach, underpinning strength training, sport, and everyday movement.
