The festive season is fast approaching, and while it’s a time for celebration, it can also be one of the busiest and most physically demanding times of the year.
From shopping trips and decorating to cooking, wrapping and travelling, December can put extra strain on your body, especially if you’re already managing aches, stiffness or tension.

My patient came in 4 weeks ago, with symptoms of severe long term ankle pain - ouch! I conducted an initial assessment in order to establish if there was an underlying cause for it and then started treatment. This consisted of gentle soft-tissue manipulation alongside hydrotherapy and footwear advice.
