I’m a fully qualified ND (Naturopath), having trained at the School of Health through a rigorous programme spanning a minimum of five years. My training covered a wide range of naturopathic disciplines, including Nutritional Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy, Homotoxicology, Iridology, Naturopathic Hydrotherapy, Tibetan & Unani Medicine, Psychosocial Skills, and Oral/Dental Health.

I later completed postgraduate training in Homotoxicology, Hair Mineral Tissue Analysis and qualified as a Bowen Therapist through Bowen College, the most comprehensive Bowen training available in the UK.

I bring all of this knowledge together in my consultations, offering a truly holistic, root-cause-focused and highly personalised approach to supporting your health.
