welcome to everyday yoga :: friendly classes suitable for every body :: a gentle, yet challenging style of yoga where we gain strength, flexibility & balance through mindful posture work :: we cultivate a calmer more relaxed attitude :: we reap the rewards of being kind to our body :: there is no competition in yoga, we work at our own body’s pace :: my class offers multi-level challenge, you will not be asked to do something that your body isn’t capable of, or you do not wish to do, but you will feel wonderfully relaxed, strong & supple after class ::

classes run in Landulph at The Memorial Hall - Monday evenings 6.00 - 7.15pm and 7.30 - 8.45pm - plenty of parking available

please wear loose comfortable clothing, we practice barefoot, mats are provided but feel free to bring one along if you have one, you may wish to bring a blanket for relaxation at the end of class

one-to-one sessions are available if you can’t make the class times
