We’re celebrating a very special six-year milestone with Richard, a much-loved member of our team at Home Instead Tavistock and Tamar Valley 💛

Every week Richard brings his warmth, kindness and love of music to the Saltash (DECAF) Memory Café, where alongside Liz and James from the Methodist Homes Association, he supports and uplifts people in the local community.

Through music, he helps create a space that feels relaxed, welcoming and full of moments of connection. Familiar songs often spark recognition, bring back memories, and offer comfort to both carers and people living with memory loss - helping everyone feel more at ease and share in the moment together.

Thank you, Richard, for the joy, care and connection you bring each week. You make such a huge difference to so many people in the local Saltash community! ❤️
