I'm off to Hong Kong again today and will be away until March 3rd so obviously my Mary Tavy Pilates class will not be running during February. There will be one weekly online Pilates class (Monday 9.30am) whilst I'm away but obviously no physio appointments (except dog appointments in HK at the wonderful HEAL Animal Wellness and Rehabilitation 🐶🇭🇰😻)

I can be contacted via WhatsApp or messenger whilst I'm away if you would like to make an appointment for when I'm back but I will not get text messages or phone messages.

No Pilates classes or appointments for the following week sorry as I’m off to Portugal for a spot of rugby and family fun 🇵🇹🏉😎 Sadly it’s also currently raining there though ☔️ Hopefully the sun will appear at sometime!

Pilates classes restart Monday 24th November and I have a couple of physio sessions still available that week. Please WhatsApp if you want to book.

I am away in Hong Kong again until 20th October so obviously there will be no in-person pilates classes or physio appointments available whilst I am away. I will be teaching one online class a week (Monday 9.30am but recordings are also available) so please let me know if you want more info. I will be available for physio appointments from Tuesday 21st October and can be contacted via here, Messenger, WhatsApp or email.

Whitchurch Pilates class - sadly this class is now no more as I am struggling to be in Devon regularly on a Monday! However, my Mary Tavy Thursday morning class (9.45-10.45) will continue (restarting 23rd October). Again please contact me if you require more info!

I will be away in Hong Kong again from 19 September until 20 October so please book in asap if you’d like me to see your horse (or you!) before I go. There will obviously be no in-person Pilates classes whilst I’m away but there will still be online classes available.

I am off to HK again on Thursday for a few weeks so no in person pilates classes from Monday 23rd June - Wednesday 9th July. Classes restart at Mary Tavy on Thursday 10th July. Some online classes will still be running whilst I’m away - please contact me for details. Recordings of the online classes are also available.
Obviously I have no physio appointments available until I’m back in July but please message me (WhatsApp or messenger) if you want your book for when I’m back.

I am away in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 until 4th May so there will be no Pilates classes at Whitchurch and Mary Tavy until I am back (Thursday 8th May Mary Tavy and Monday 12th May Whitchurch). There will be one online class a week (Monday 9.30am) whilst I am away.
Physio appointments will resume from Tuesday 6th May so please message via WhatsApp or messenger if you want to book.
