This rock formation is a good example of how the layers of our connective tissue (fascia) appear. Where the breaks in the lines are, these demonstrate how damage can occur after accidents and operations or from bad posture over years. Myofascial Release is a gentle yet effective treatment which helps release adhesions in the fascia and can help with pain relief.
