Where the breaks in the lines are, these demonstrate how damage can occur after accidents and operations or from bad posture over years. Myofascial Release is a gentle yet effective treatment which helps release adhesions in the fascia and can help with pain relief.

I strive to provide each client with a unique and relaxing massage or facial treatment, tailored to their individual requirements. Glow Therapies Tavistock is now at Tavistock Therapy Centre, 3 Abbey Place, Tavistock, Devon as well as at my home address, where I also offer early evening appointments if booked in advance.

I also offer Neal’s Yard Remedies skincare and products for sale to my clients so they can create a spa experience at home!

Glow Therapies’ gift vouchers make a really versatile present as they can used for a massage or facial, or can be for a set amount so the recipient can use them against either a treatment or a Neal’s Yard Remedies product (when purchased through me).
