Visualise your happy place - when I am trying to get to sleep, meditating or practicing self hypnosis this beach is always where I take my mind to. The huge empty space, peaceful colours, fresh breeze & sound of the waves is perfect to relax down into.
😌Visualising a place that you feel comfortable in and exploring it in your mind causes your body to relax and can help you get to sleep or move past anxious feelings.

Boost your mood by doing something you know you’re good at - cooking is great for me as I feel competent at it, it’s meditative & I can practice mindfulness while working (except when my toddler gets impatient…😂) & we get something tasty at the end of it!
