Join me for an enchanting evening of Candle Magic & Meditation, where you’ll be guided to reconnect with your inner flame and the natural rhythms of the season.

In this heart-centered workshop, you will:
🕯️ Set Sacred Intention – Ground yourself in stillness and reflect on what you wish to call in as the light returns.
🌿 Create Your Own Sigil – Learn how to craft a simple, powerful symbol charged with your personal intention.
💫 Inscribe & Dress Your Candle – Infuse your candle with herbs, oils, and energy to make it a vessel for your manifestation.
🌸 Guided Candle Meditation – Immerse in gentle candlelight as you connect with your intuition, your body, and the turning of the seasons.

This is more than a workshop… It’s a ritual of self-renewal, inviting you to release what has dimmed your spark and step into the luminous energy of new beginnings.

You’ll leave with your own consecrated candle, a deep sense of peace, and a rekindled connection to yourself and the natural world.

Sam, my Mumma, & I held our first Dive into Divination evening!!!

It was such a beautiful event & something so different to anything I’ve done before.

We looked into the use of pendulums, oracle cards & tarot for divination, but so much more than that…

The amount of times I’ve cried this month, due to the wonderful things you’ve said… I can’t even count 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have reached some major milestones with my business this month & I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU 🙏🏻💚

I am under no illusion, that I get to do what I love, thanks to your support. It means the absolute world that I love my Monday mornings, it means the world that I spend my work hours giggling with a wonderful group of humans & it means the world that I get to grow alongside you.

There’s a lot happening in November…

Mercury goes into retrograde on 9th,
Jupiter goes into retrograde on 11th,
Saturn goes direct on 27th,
& Uranus is still in retrograde!

With so much going on, you may be experiencing a more overactive mind than normal… and all the stress that comes with it!

So to promote a calmer, more grounding energy this month, we will be focusing on our Vrikasana (Tree Pose) in my Awakening Asanas class on Saturdays at 9am.

I can’t keep this secret any longer…

Under the crescent moon, we start to take the first steps towards our goal of this moon cycle & sometimes we need a bit of motivation to get us there…

The Breath of Joy is a wonderful pranayama practice that reduces stress, gives you an energy boost & even warms you up! Perfect for the chillier mornings.

This is how you do it:
1. Breathe in a third of your lung capacity & raise your arms to shoulder height in front of you
2. Breathe in another third of your lung capacity & raise your arms out wide, to shoulder height
3. Complete your inhale, by bringing your arms up over head
4. Release with a long, forceful exhale & dive forward into a forward fold

Save this one for later, when you need a bit of a boost 😉
