Here are 5 simple tips to help you achieve your goals and feel your best in just 30 days! 💪

1️⃣ Eat Mindfully : Take your time with each meal, savouring every bite. Pay attention to your body's hunger cues and stop eating when you're satisfied. Mindful eating helps you enjoy your food and prevents overindulgence.

2️⃣ Get Active : Incorporate regular exercise into your routine. Whether it's a brisk walk, a fun dance class, or hitting the gym, moving your body helps boost your metabolism and burns calories.

Taking a moment of calm in the sun, and breathing in fresh air has reminded me of the importance of self-care and finding balance. Life can get overwhelming, and we all experience pressure to achieve more and more each day. If you're feeling the weight of the busy week, remember that you're not alone.

Let me share with you the Power of 3, an effective tool that has transformed my life by keeping things simple, and simple is what I like! 😂
Each week, I choose 3 main goals to focus on. These are the areas I truly want to make progress in, and they keep me aligned with my bigger vision.

For this week, my 3 main goals have been:

-Complete my NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner Certification.

-Look after my body and mind through daily exercise and mindfulness.

- Restructure my package offers, more tailored to my clients individual needs.

But remember, it's not just about the big goals! The Power of 3 also extends to our daily actions. I select 3 small, achievable actions every day that align with my weekly goals. These little steps keep me on track.

Today's small actions:

-Complete 2 hours on my NLP course.

-Take a walk during the day to clear my mind.

- Action feedback regarding the restructure of my Coaching Packages.

5 tips on how to reduce your stress today!

We are living in a constantly changing and fast paced world and often we can find it a struggle to keep up with it all. At times when we feel that situations or change are beyond our control, stress creeps in. While some stress can be beneficial, such as stress that motivates you to meet a deadline or perform well in a sporting event, long-term, untreated stress is linked to serious health concerns including depression, heart disease, obesity, and a weakened immune system, so its important to know how to reduce our stress!

You will be amazed how the effect even a slight reduction in stress can have on your wellbeing both mentally and physically. So here are 5 simple ways to stress less which you can start today!

· Slow down: You will achieve more if you stop rushing around. Reduce your to do
list down to a realistic size and be present in each in task.
· Breath work: Take time to sit and practise breath work as part of your day.
· Introduce 1 health related commitment: Eat healthily by cutting down on added
sugar and salt. Exercise by taking a walk-in nature or attend a yoga class online.
· Reach out: Connect with supportive family and friends on a regular basis.
· Adjust your environment: Clear away clutter, a tidy space will reduce anxiety
levels. Add a scent to your space, use soothing essential oils like lavender.

Daily affirmations are so important because I believe that they can have such a profound effect on your mindset and self belief to set you up for the day. And ofcourse use them as gentle reminders throughout each day, as they shift your mindset by moving you from negative self talk to positive self affirmation, allowing you to reframe your thoughts to those of self empowerment.
By creating a new habit of repeating your affirmations daily, you will build self-confidence and develop a stronger belief in your capabilities to overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
