I’ve been out of touch for a while but there’s a good reason why!

My little Zoe was born on the 4th of January - thank you to all the mamas I’ve spoken to, from my classes over the last few months, the community and support I felt is exactly the reason why I started this little business in the first place.

🌟 Three Generations, One Special Connection 🌟

This week, our baby massage class was graced by not just mamas and their little ones, but two incredible grannies too! 💕 Watching three generations come together—mothers, babies, and grandmothers—was a truly heartwarming moment.

There’s something so special about the wisdom and love that only a grandmother can bring. Seeing their gentle hands join in, passing on their nurturing touch while cheering on their daughters as mothers, reminded us of the beautiful cycles of life and love. 🌸

Baby massage isn’t just about soothing our little ones; it’s about creating bonds that will last a lifetime. To have these grannies join us is a reminder that love and connection grow stronger when shared across generations.

Thank you to all the mamas, babies, and grannies who bring your warmth, laughter, and love to our classes. You’re helping us create memories that are as tender as they are timeless. 💖

🌿 Do you know what one of the best parts of our classes are? Hands down, it’s the time we spend together, connecting over tea and real-life mum moments! 💛

Sure, we spend about 30 minutes on baby massage (when life cooperates), but the other half is just as precious. We take it slow, leave space for late arrivals, for those inevitable baby “situations,” and all the unexpected joys and challenges of motherhood. Whether it’s a little one’s unexpected nap, a “poo explosion,” 💩 or just catching up with friends who get it—this hour together is pure magic. ✨

Here’s to slowing down, sharing stories, and making lifelong friends, one tea break at a time. ☕💞

We did another wonderful collaboration with .uk and .tw11 recently for a brunch event in .

These lovely mums and bubs were guided through some breathing exercises, seated yoga and learned a few techniques to help with:

🪷 Teething
🪷 Colic
🪷 Constipation and digestion, and
🪷 Stretching
