A very cosy birth prep workshop this week for two expectant mothers. We spent an hour practicing gentle pregnancy yoga followed by a birth preparation session. This covered how to use a range of breathing techniques to encourage a more relaxed, less painful birth and optimal positioning for the different stages of labour. We ended the workshop with a 15 minute guided relaxation- complete with cosy blankets, eye masks and essential oils βΊοΈ
