A big welcome to Davina, who is working with us covering Georgina and bringing her own unique knowledge and talent to the team. Here is a bit about Divina.

Davina Donoghue is a Level 3 NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Originally from Devon, with South American roots, she began her career as a professional dancer before transitioning into personal training, building a successful business in London and working internationally in Dubai and Singapore.

Davina specialises in pre and postnatal fitness, body transformation, and sustainable weight loss. She is passionate about helping women rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies after pregnancy. With extensive experience supporting clients with diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and postnatal recovery, she works closely alongside women’s health physiotherapists to ensure a safe and effective return to exercise.

She also has a strong background in injury management and rehabilitation, with years of experience working alongside physiotherapists to support clients through recovery. Davina is skilled in adapting training programmes to accommodate injuries, rebuild strength safely, and help clients regain confidence in their bodies.

Now a proud mother of two, Davina understands first hand the physical and emotional demands of motherhood. She is dedicated to helping women feel strong, energised, and confident through personalised training, nutrition guidance, and realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes.

Hello, my name is Olivia, and I am currently studying Physiotherapy at Plymouth University. As a keen sports person, I am passionate about sports rehabilitation and injury prevention, and I enjoy maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.

I am qualified as a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and trained in dry needling, myofascial cupping, and sports taping. This training has equipped me with the skills to provide effective sports therapy tailored to individual needs. My treatments focus on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity, and reducing muscle tension.

Additional benefits include stress relief, pain management, improved posture and flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

Just an FYI!
The Chiropractic side of the business will now be closed for the next 3 weeks from Monday 20th while Jamie selfishly goes away.

Should you have an emergency there is the lovely and very capable Georgina covering my absence. You can book for sports therapy including massage via the website.
