🌅Meditation update🌅

Unfortunately I have had to make the decision to cancel tomorrow’s sunrise meditation circle as I am not very well 😢

I was very much looking forward to celebrating the solstice with you and I may try to get out for a sneak at sunrise but it wouldn’t be fair on me or the group to continue.

There are several solstice celebrations such as yoga, wild swims and sauna sessions available from local businesses tomorrow too so please drop me a message and I can point you to these

A very special Beach Meditation Circle 🌅

This year the Summer Solstice in the UK falls on Saturday 21st June with sunrise at 4:48am!

Join me for an extra special and EARLY meditation circle. As the sun begins to rise over the horizon we will be pausing to watch, releasing the energy that no longer serves us, soaking up that warmth and connecting with the energy of sun and sea.

The solstice is the longest day of the year, marking the first day of Summer when the sun reaches the highest point in the sky. The day is long, and the night is short. A day in which we receive almost 17 hours of sunlight!

Always occurring at the start of the Cancer Sun Season, the Summer Solstice reminds us to turn inward and find the nourishment needed to grow and evolve.

It's often said to be a time of new beginnings; with the changing of the seasons, we say goodbye to a long, stagnant period of self-reflection and welcome the fiery energy of the sun to propel us forward. This very physical changing of the seasons is a powerful time to manifest spiritual transformations.

Working through our sh*t means:

Outgrowing unhelpful habits.
Dropping unhelpful thought cycles.
Building self esteem
Sitting in our feelings
Realising our self worth.

We realise we have hindered our own growth because we believe we should live up to the person others expect us to be.

We understand we are not the same person we were a month ago, a year ago, a decade ago.

We understand WHY, but we do not excuse other’s behaviours.

We forgive ourselves for trying to squeeze into everyone else’s reality.

What goal might you set yourself this Spring?

Longer days, brighter mornings and warmer evenings - Spring has finally sprung.

While our modern day calendars say we enter a new year months ago in January during the darkness of winter, the planet tells us that NOW is actually the time for renewal, rebirth and resolution.

‘Nature’s New Year’ comes as baby lambs bleat, birds sing and flowers bloom - all this newness shows us just how much we have to look forward to as the year progresses.
