A little insight in to my style of Yoga teaching. Trained in the Anusara style, meaning ‘flowing with grace’ my classes combine mindful affirmations with heart opening postures to soften the body while also building strength. A safe, creative flow from the heart to calm the nervous system, promote better sleep and ease anxiety.
Classes are every Thursday evening 7-8pm at Bitton House, Teignmouth. Message me directly for more information and booking.
