She began her teaching journey in 2021, completing her 200-hour training in Cardiff alongside a degree in Psychology. In 2022, she deepened her expertise with an intensive 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training in Greece. Specialising in Vinyasa yoga, Jo enjoys crafting creative and thoughtful flows. Her training also includes Yin and Restorative yoga, which she loves to share in a way that supports both calm and connection. She has experience teaching group classes, private sessions, and 1-to-1s, adapting her approach to meet each individual's needs. In addition to teaching yoga part-time, Jo works full-time as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in the NHS, supporting individuals with long-term physical health conditions. Her background in mental health and psychology deeply informs her approach to teaching, and she believes in yoga as a powerful tool for both physical and emotional wellbeing. Jo’s classes aim to energise and restore, combining movement, breath, and mindfulness. You'll find full-body sequences designed to stretch, strengthen, and support the body and mind—always with options and variations to suit all abilities. Based in South Devon, Jo offers regular group classes, beach yoga, hot yoga, 1-to-1 sessions, and mini retreats. Feel free to reach out.
