                                            Therapists talk a lot of s**t about self care and boundaries. 
As a human being and with my therapist hat on, I can tell you, it's easier to talk about than it is to implement in your day to day life. 
Sometimes that looks like (but is not limited to):
"I can't do ...."
"I don't want to..."
" X doesn't work for me."
Difficult conversations.
Authentic conversations.
Knowing that you will not have a conversation.
The word *no*.
And that s**t is sometimes HARD and TIRING and MESSY.
So this is your reminder to practice self care, whatever that looks like. Including listening to The Smiths, feeling your feelings and eating cheese. Just an example. π You'll be okay. It will pass. We've got this. β€οΈ
