The kids and I have been making recipes from this website Mob for the last 6 weeks after it was recommended by a dietitian friend ๐ŸคฉTop of our list were the healthy snickers balls, the sausage gouachang pasta and the spinach and ricotta triangles. If you have some more time over the Summer with kids take a look ๐Ÿคฉ once you select recipes into a meal plan it creates a shopping list which is so helpful. What do dietitians eat ๐Ÿคฃ ? I do cook a lot from scratch, I use my slow cooker and soup maker a lot and the kids get involved. My daughter has always loved cooking and baking as itโ€™s time spent togetherโ€ฆโ€ฆspot the chocolate. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š I donโ€™t have an air fryer yetโ€ฆ.. for those that do are they worth it ???? Any good recipe ideas?
