I’m so excited to get back to teaching and see your lovely faces.

If you fancy a bit of ‘me-time’ to find some balance and calm then I have just the thing.

A class that starts with movement to feel strong and energised, before making time to slow down with longer held stretches leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed and renewed.

Suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

Long time no see!

In yoga, the breath is said to be the link between the mind and body. If the breath can become steady, the mind too will be calm.

Our day to day habits and stress can cause the structures in the body that support breathing to become stuck and tense. Tension in the body = tension in the breath = tension in the mind 🧠

Well this is exciting 👶🏼💙

Things have been a little quiet on this account whilst we have been settling into our new home and been growing our baby boy!

I’m making no promises as to what my yoga teaching will look like over the next year as we transition into life as new parents, and enjoy this amazing journey that we have started on. Right now, I’m enjoying watching my body change and napping lots!

I’m back!

Our snowy French adventure has finished, and I’m back by the sea 🌊
I’ve absolutely LOVED skiing, but it’s equally as great to be back floating on my paddle board in the sun.

Has the menopause got you feeling like you are heading for the scrap heap?!

Now, I know that this is not something that I have experienced yet BUT I work with many menopausal women and often hear that it can feel like a real rollercoaster.

❌ Feeling tired.
❌ Regularly stressed.
❌ Back aching and neck and shoulders feeling tight.
❌ AND living a busy life.

Did you know that yoga can help with the symptoms of menopause? There is a growing body of research that shows the effectiveness of yoga for reducing symptoms, and it’s even being recommended by health experts - pretty cool!

I know from working many ladies, that yoga can give you that much needed time to yourself and leave you feeling SO much better!

These ladies all made yoga part of their self-care routine and discovered that yoga can help them to sleep better and feel less tired - you can do this too!⁠

And I get it, your life gets busy and your self-care is usually the first thing to give. You feel tired and lack motivation, then getting on your yoga mat for some ‘me-time’ moves down the priority list.⁠

The thing is, the more you ‘do’ and the busier you are, the more tired and stressed you become. ⁠

 👉 Now I have just the thing to help you.⁠

Instead of feeling like you lack time for self-care, feeling regularly stressed and not sleeping well…⁠

…you could feel relaxed, peaceful and give yourself time to switch off. Plus you can practice in the comfort of your home, without having to leave the house into the cold January! ⁠

➡️  Every Thursday at 7pm, make some time for yourself with Online Bedtime Yoga.⁠

These classes will teach you how to sleep better and relieve physical and mental tension based on principles of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. ⁠

These classes will be live through Zoom, and in a MEMBERS ONLY Facebook group where you will be able to return to classes for the period of your membership (plus access to exclusive BONUS classes)⁠

Simple right? 💁‍♀️

Well, it may seem simple, but our brains do not automatically look for the good in our lives. We’re predisposed to look for threats from predators (aka your email inbox!), so you can think of gratitude as a muscle that needs to be exercised. The more you work at it, the easier it becomes!
