Want to sleep better? 😴
These ladies all made yoga part of their self-care routine and discovered that yoga can help them to sleep better and feel less tired - you can do this too!
And I get it, your life gets busy and your self-care is usually the first thing to give. You feel tired and lack motivation, then getting on your yoga mat for some ‘me-time’ moves down the priority list.
The thing is, the more you ‘do’ and the busier you are, the more tired and stressed you become.

These classes will teach you how to sleep better and relieve physical and mental tension based on principles of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Classes will be slower paced, with gentle movement, nourishing stretches, mindful meditation and soothing breathing practices.
These classes will be live through Zoom, and in a MEMBERS ONLY Facebook group where you will be able to return to classes for the period of your membership (plus access to exclusive BONUS classes)
AND you can roll straight into bed after!
