Sports Massage Therapy: Sports massage is used for the treatment of muscle, ligament or tendon problems. It is suitable not just for sports people, but for anyone with aches and pains caused by over use or incorrect use of muscles. Specialised techniques are used to target specific problem areas, focusing on realigning deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Deep Tissue Massage: Deep tissue massage helps to refresh and relax muscles, targetting painful, stiff areas in the body. Slow, deliberate techniques are used that focus pressure on the deeper muscle layers, releasing chronic tension, knots and muscle pain. Relaxing Body Massage: Relaxing body massage is a gentle, superficial treatment using soft, long strokes and kneading techniques combined with light, rhythmic, tapping movements on the topmost layers of the muscles. It is the perfect treatment to help relax and revitalise you physically, mentally and emotionally. Reflexology: Reflexology is a unique system of foot massage based on holistic principles and springing from the same Chinese roots as acupucture. By locating and massaging the reflexology points on the foot, which relate to the different parts of the body, we can redress the imbalance of energy which can cause stress and ill health.
