Teign Physiotherapy is permanently closed.

It’s been a wonderful nine years of refining not only my Physiotherapy skills 💪🏻🦵🙆🏻🏃‍♂️🙅🏋🏻‍♂️🤸🏽‍♂️🏌️‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚣‍♂️ but, Business skills too. It really is a total joy to know I set up and ran a successful business 👩‍💼 because it is a massive leap of faith and huge, Huge! commitment.

I am so immensely grateful 😇🙏🏻and proud 🧐 of what I achieved over this time and will certainly miss it! 🥲

The Covid pandemic had a silver lining for me with a return to the NHS in a completely different, equally challenging, role. I love being back in a team, with incredible colleagues who are equally passionate about what they do as I am 🥰🥰

I will, of course, be maintaining my musculoskeletal skills 💪🏻 through my continued voluntary role at Teignmouth RFC 🏉 as their lead therapist and pitchside first aider ⛑

👶🏻Mums need to bend, squat and lift so we provide clinical postnatal care and functional exercises for women after birth - no matter how long ago!

👶🏻The fully comprehensive indepth 90 MINUTE assessment includes:

👶🏻 Pelvic floor muscles assessment
👶🏻 Abdominal muscles assessment for tummy muscle separation (diastasis)
👶🏻C-Section or perineal scar check, if applicable
👶🏻 Screening for bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction
👶🏻 Education and advice on safe activities
👶🏻 Initiate a bespoke rehabilitation programme with your goals in mind (follow ups may be required)
👶🏻 Written report of the findings of your assessment.
