I started my career as a therapist 5 years ago and since then I have gained experience working with palliative care clients and clients who have recently been bereaved. I am trained in level 5 Reflexology, level 3 Swedish massage, Indian head massage and Usui Reiki. Reflexolgy is a form of natural healing that is thousands of years old. Reflexology works through appying gentle pressure to reflexes on the feet. These reflexes correspond to organs, glands and all parts of the body. Precision Reflexology is unique as it involves a technique called 'linking'. 'Linking' uses both the practitioners hands to join two relevant points creating energy. This technique helps to restore balance and encourage healing. I can also offer aromatherapy massage and myofascial release. Myofascial release massage is a specialised technique that releases connective tissue which maybe stuck, hardened and dehydrated causing tender areas over the body.
