It’s ok to cough during savasana! I never want to see a student suffering because they don’t want to disturb anyone. Sit up, let it out - maybe grab a drink - then you can settle again.
Also: when you get up and leave the room, walking through people and opening the doors, that in itself is also a disruption and guess what… we can still hear you coughing out in the foyer anyway. These rooms are not sound-proof. You don’t need to remove yourself! Just let it happen in your space.
You can also change your position - lying on your back can make a cough/chest/tickly throat worse - so just lie on your side if you think it’s going to come back. This is for your own comfort.
I don’t mind if you make a noise during savasana and neither should anyone else. Sharing practice as a group carries these possibilities. Instead of getting annoyed at the coughing person, use it as a learning opportunity and be curious about how it’s affecting you and why... Surely that’s the magic!

✨Do you love crystals and curious about using their energy for healing but have no idea where to start...?
Perhaps you're already benefitting from the wonderful energy of your crystals but want to deepen your understanding of the process... I'm ready to share with you my years of practical knowledge of working with crystals in my personal healing and for the benefit of others!

You will learn the basics of crystal knowledge as well as getting the chance to try conducting a healing session with plenty of guidance. There'll also be the opportunity to put together a crystal kit for your own healing sessions!

Only 6 spaces available as this is an intensive workshop and I like to be able to give everyone as much guidance as possible.
