Since my last post Phil has lost another 1 stone 8lb making a total loss of 2stone 12lb since April....

Thursday Night Success 💪

Sandra started Her weight loss journey in October 2020! Today Marks her 5 Stone Loss 💪💪💪

For those that know Sandra they knew that this time last year she was practically housebound, she was unable to walk further than the end of my drive due to being overweight..now Sandra is out and about taking long walks with the dog and making memories with family!!
