February — the month of love… and for me self-love.

This month I’ve really focused on looking after myself — keeping up with my new year resolutions - mentally by reading more and carving out quiet time, and physically by actually making it to the gym!

Balancing work life and mum life isn’t always easy, but I’m learning that I show up better for everyone else when I show up for myself first.
