Unfortunately Lunas red blood cell levels are dropping again. The vets are pretty sure its PIMA. They have advised us just to keep her comfy until her body starts shutting down. Ive bought her home for now. Even if she had several blood transfusions the odds of her recovering are very very small. So this is the kindest thing for her.

So its not great news with Luna. Its either bone marrow cancer and shes got 3 months, or its an autoimmune bone marrow issue thats causing non regenerative anemia. So we are going to start treatment for the autoimmune issue and just hope and pray its that. Either way, we should know in a couple of months 💜💜
