WHY YOUR RAGE IS VERY SPIRITUAL

Here is a gentle reminder for the seekers of “love and light and bliss”.

(And there’s no judgement here. We seek the light until we fall in love with the darkness, and the darkness gets infused with our light and is no longer darkness at all…)

Rage is misunderstood.
Rage is spiritual.
Rage is not dangerous.

DISOWNED rage is what is dangerous.

Shadow-rage, disowned rage, rage that is repressed and unintegrated, rage that is acted out, violently, unconsciously, cruelly, on self or other, is what’s dangerous.

Rage, before it’s acted out, or acted in, is simply information. Burning information, yes. Intense information, yes. But bodily information all the same.
Information. Energy. Life. Raw, pulsating, burning, throbbing, LIFE.
In the body. The scream of the inner child.

When pure rage is met, integrated, processed, digested, understood, loved for what it is, it is utterly harmless. It’s life-giving, even. Energising. Fuel for creativity. Passion. Manifestation.
Rage carries information about what we care about. About our values. About where we need to speak up, or make changes, or set boundaries, or stay safe, or call out injustice.
About things in the past we need to face, or speak up about, or process.
Rage is a wild life force, and it’s safe to feel and face.

Underneath our rage may be a terrible grief.
An authentic, healthy, life-giving anger, or fuel to make positive change.
Or perhaps a little child, raging for attention, for love, for Presence, for a parent, at last.

When we don’t understand rage, we attack and blame others, or ourselves.
Or we get sick, or get addicted, or just keep running until our legs are sore.

But when we can be present with rage, we see its innocence.
And it can break open into a powerful love.
And it can bring the most incredible transformations.
And the most profound healings.

So, to the “love and light and bliss” seekers, I implore you, don’t be afraid of what you call ‘darkness’, don’t turn away from these beautiful shadow-messengers, don’t repress your deepest humanity in your search for the light.
You’ll be cutting off important parts of your own heart.
You’ll be raging underneath your peaceful exterior, and that’s no good for anyone, including you.
You’ll be controlling and abusive and blame others, even though you call yourself “awakened”, and that cannot be the way, that has never been the way to peace.

Rage will be your most incredible teacher.
Rage will really wake you up.

Rage will heal you more than bliss ever could.

If you can drop your mask,
and start
listening.

BURLESQUE BABY! 💋
After our our Saturday coven we always have a Burlesque Class!
The class is held once a month on a Saturday from 3-5pm. 👠

Our Saturday coven is full of awesome women including Jaz and Kitty… the two amazing ladies who run JazKit Burlesque!

The class is open to ALL… you don’t need to be a member of the covens you can just book a place and rock up for some sexy fun!

It’s an all inclusive, easy class suitable for all ages and abilities!! It’s something I absolutely love! It’s exercise yes… but it’s empowering, confidence building and so much fun too!

Yesterday we got into our dark goddess vibes dancing to a bit of Vigilante S**t by good ole Taylor Swift!!!

If you’d like to come along the next class is Saturday the 14th February… perfect timing for some sexy shake your ass joy!!!

What a beautiful week of Covens… full of wisdom, laughter and connection! 🖤

It’s January and we are in the depths of the winter void, our body is craving hibernation and comfort… so we eased into our circles with books, blankets and lashings of hot tea!

This month we weaved with the Power & Comfort of words. The magic of the written and spoken word… of spells and incantations and books that stirred our soul.

We cast our spells as powerful Word pouches, planting our early first intentions in the dark void so they may grow and we may embody all we wish to become this year.

And we talked everything books.., from the books that changed our life to the books that carried us through difficult or abusive childhoods.
Books are so much more than words… they are energetic portals.. and the words we hear and speak shape us. They live on in our unconsciousness mind.

We ate biscuits, we drank tea and coffee (and a little sherry!) we shared with our sisters and we all felt nourished when we left.
The perfect January medicine. 🖤

We started our new Coven 6 group with a brand new circle of ladies… which was such a beautiful evening. 🖤

I am so blessed and honoured to do this work.
Thank you beautiful ladies… it’s been an honour and pleasure this week.

Drawing down the Moon 🌕

Tonight is the full Wolf moon. A supermoon!
A powerful energetic, magnetic field emanates from this body of light.
Tonight I’m out… in a field… drawing down the moon…. 🌕

Have you ever Drawn down the Moon?

Drawing down the moon is when you consciously intend to take the feminine lunar energy of the moon into yourself. To allow yourself to recieve and be open to the vibrations emanating from the moon.

Remember the observed particle! Our intention to consciously receive the energy matters.

Her magnetic field affects the tides, and moves the oceans… it also has an impact on your magnetic field.

It’s the original of the word ‘lunatic’.
Made crazy by the moon.
Effected by the moon.

And if we consciously intend then we can harness that power!

You will need a Magical Wand or Athame for this.

Stand in a place outside where you have a full view of the full moon and you are bathed in its direct light.
Full moon energy is best for this but it can be any waxing or waning moon depending on your intentions.

Gaze at the moon, ground your energy, breathe until you feel relaxed and centred then point your wand at the moon as if you can capture the light... Imagine the moons rays surging down the wand and into your body.

Make a note of anything you feel or experience, and let yourself fill up with this energy.

Now say "I welcome the goddess of full lunar light, I receive your power this sacred night"

You are now ready to cast powerful spells using the additional magic of the full moon energies.
