BURLESQUE BABY! 💋
After our our Saturday coven we always have a Burlesque Class!
The class is held once a month on a Saturday from 3-5pm. 👠

Our Saturday coven is full of awesome women including Jaz and Kitty… the two amazing ladies who run JazKit Burlesque!

The class is open to ALL… you don’t need to be a member of the covens you can just book a place and rock up for some sexy fun!

It’s an all inclusive, easy class suitable for all ages and abilities!! It’s something I absolutely love! It’s exercise yes… but it’s empowering, confidence building and so much fun too!

Yesterday we got into our dark goddess vibes dancing to a bit of Vigilante S**t by good ole Taylor Swift!!!

If you’d like to come along the next class is Saturday the 14th February… perfect timing for some sexy shake your ass joy!!!

What a beautiful week of Covens… full of wisdom, laughter and connection! 🖤

It’s January and we are in the depths of the winter void, our body is craving hibernation and comfort… so we eased into our circles with books, blankets and lashings of hot tea!

This month we weaved with the Power & Comfort of words. The magic of the written and spoken word… of spells and incantations and books that stirred our soul.

We cast our spells as powerful Word pouches, planting our early first intentions in the dark void so they may grow and we may embody all we wish to become this year.

And we talked everything books.., from the books that changed our life to the books that carried us through difficult or abusive childhoods.
Books are so much more than words… they are energetic portals.. and the words we hear and speak shape us. They live on in our unconsciousness mind.

We ate biscuits, we drank tea and coffee (and a little sherry!) we shared with our sisters and we all felt nourished when we left.

We started our new Coven 6 group with a brand new circle of ladies… which was such a beautiful evening. 🖤

I am so blessed and honoured to do this work.
Thank you beautiful ladies… it’s been an honour and pleasure this week.

Can’t wait for our first Coven groups of this year… Tonight we ease in gently with pots of tea and coffee, biscuits, blankets, snuggles and the the theme of Words!
We talk all things books and explore the Story of Ourselves as we weave powerful Word Pouches.

And this month we have our new Coven 6 group beginning on Friday evening! 🖤

Drawing down the Moon 🌕

Tonight is the full Wolf moon. A supermoon!
A powerful energetic, magnetic field emanates from this body of light.
Tonight I’m out… in a field… drawing down the moon…. 🌕

Have you ever Drawn down the Moon?

Drawing down the moon is when you consciously intend to take the feminine lunar energy of the moon into yourself. To allow yourself to recieve and be open to the vibrations emanating from the moon.

Remember the observed particle! Our intention to consciously receive the energy matters.

Her magnetic field affects the tides, and moves the oceans… it also has an impact on your magnetic field.

It’s the original of the word ‘lunatic’.
Made crazy by the moon.
Effected by the moon.

And if we consciously intend then we can harness that power!

You will need a Magical Wand or Athame for this.

Stand in a place outside where you have a full view of the full moon and you are bathed in its direct light.
Full moon energy is best for this but it can be any waxing or waning moon depending on your intentions.

Gaze at the moon, ground your energy, breathe until you feel relaxed and centred then point your wand at the moon as if you can capture the light... Imagine the moons rays surging down the wand and into your body.

Make a note of anything you feel or experience, and let yourself fill up with this energy.

Now say "I welcome the goddess of full lunar light, I receive your power this sacred night"

You are now ready to cast powerful spells using the additional magic of the full moon energies.

Your body speaks in symptoms. It talks to you, it communicates what is going on emotionally when you can’t feel it.

This is proven science. It’s called metaphysics.

Back in the early 80’s Louise Hay started publishing books about it. Heal your Body is still a great little reference guide, but since the 80’s our technologies have vastly improved and now it is possible to PROVE this.

People like Joe Dispenza have sibstsnistally raised awareness and published so many studies… hooking people up to machines while running extensive tests and healing sessions.,
The results are incredible!!! You can find so much of this work on you tube.

It is the basis of my healing work and the starting point for the work we do wth your unconscious mind. I teach this as part of all my Reiki training too.
If we understand what the body is trying to communicate then it’s far easier to find the gateway to healing!

This is the future of medicine and healing and the body.

My heart is so full once agsin.. I love Sabbat Days… today was my Magical Mabon Celebration with the most incredible ladies 🧡

What an amazing day… so much love, laughter and joy! 🧡

We blessed the light and gave thanks for all we had achieved… with our light of my light ceremony. 🕯️

We ventured into the deep void with powerful Acorn planting magic.. germinating and growing all we want to birth over the winter… 🌳

And after blessing the light and welcoming the dark we weaved a little Pythoness magic… turning inward and going deep within for our feminine serpant magic. 🐍

We ate copious amounts of cake, crumble and samosas! We drank lashings of mulled cider… and we hugged… a lot! 🍰🍺🥰

Thank you so much to all the beautiful ladies who came along today!! 🧡
